Introducing the Beernews.org Message Board

Funny thing happened last night. I was cruising along on my way home from the folks’ house. Coming up to a part of the road where two major highways cross, there was this bottleneck in traffic. It was at a crawl. I started tapping the break as I normally do well ahead of time though the cars in my lane had come to an abrupt stop. So I had to follow suit…but as I pressed down, the brakes on my old car popped. My pads are fairly new and I was able to screech enough to make it only moderate impact. Luckily the lady in front of me was fine, I was fine, and no marks on either of our vehicles. A wrecked car and typing this from a hospital bed would’ve made for a much better story I suppose. But I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t feel lucky! to be here introducing my new message board to you this morning.

You don’t need to sign up to view the board or subscribe to topics, etc. But free signup is required to make posts and threads (just like with any other board) though I encourage it!
