The Duck-Rabbit Barleywine to be released tomorrow

duck-rabbit-big

(Farmville, NC) – Passing along this note from one of the Sales Reps for The Duck-Rabbit Brewery: “We will be releasing our third annual Farmville Style Barleywine in 12 oz bottles in Georgia on Friday Jan 23.

The Duck-Rabbit Barleywine is the hoppiest of all the Duck-Rabbit brews. Loads of Amarillo hops give a piney, citrusy bitterness that’s supported by a toffee malt backbone. The ABV for this product is 11%.

Taco Mac in Suwanee will be having a vertical of all three years of this product in their restaurant on Wednesday February 28, and Paul Philippon, owner of The Duck-Rabbit will be there to answer questions and enjoy the tasting.

The Barleywine will be released on tap early in the month of February.
