Fort Collins Barrel Licked Bock arrives April 1
(Fort Collins, CO) – Via the brewery’s Margaux Dart:
Fort Collins Barrel Licked Bock
will be released on April 1st. “We are producing just about 4,000 bombers of this gem. It is available to all of the 21 states we distribute to. [...] It was lagered in tanks for 12 months and then put in the oak barrels for 8 weeks.” That translates to around 333 cases of this beer. The distribution list is still pending but for a list of where they generally distribute to, try the website. That said, I wouldn’t expect to see this move far outside of Colorado.
According to the label, the beer is characterized by a hint of vanilla, ephemeral charred notes and a warm and smoky flavor.

[...] Re: Beer Reviews Ft Collins Barrel Licked Bock. Go find it if you can. Had it on tap at Mellow Mushroom and ran straight to the store to pick up a few bombers. Excellent beyond description so get it if you can. Fort Collins Barrel Licked Bock arrives April 1 | Beernews.org [...]
