Just to clear up any doubt, Rock Art Brewery gets to keep The Vermonster name as long as it stays out of the energy drink business. In addition, Hansen agreed to pay any legal fees associated with the matter. It had previously requested that Rock Art pay its legal fees in the original cease and desist letter.
