lift-bridge-crosscut

(Stillwater, MN) – Lift Bridge Brewery will release Crosscut Pale Ale in bottles for the first time on Friday, December 4th, according to a brewery rep. The flagship beer, available only on tap so far, is described as a “well-balanced amber pale ale accentuated by multiple additions of floral Cascade hops and our unique introduction of grapefruit zest to compliment the citrus notes of the hops” on the brewery’s official site.

The beer, which has been on tap for a while, is the second flagship to hit bottles. Lift Bridge Farm Girl Saison became the first this past June.

The young brewery has been earning A’s and B’s on Beer Advocate thus far.

Beer stats:
ABV: 5.5%, IBU: 55, SRM: 13
